James Comey Targeted General Flynn

Carter Page had ties to Russia dating back to at least 2013. Because of this, Page was the subject of an FBI FISA warrant in 2014. In order to gain a FISA warrant, Feds must demonstrate PROBABLE CAUSE of a crime. No charges resulted from this FISA warrant.

Although how he was introduced into the Trump campaign is unclear, Page joined the campaign in March of 2016. He left the campaign in September of 2016 when contact between Page and Russians who had been sanctioned appeared in US media reports.

Sometime the month AFTER Page left the Trump campaign, another FISA warrant was issued to the FBI to surveil Page. Keep in mind, probable cause must be demonstrated in order to acquire the warrant. The probable cause predicate was that Page was an agent of a foreign govt.

A FISA warrant provides the FBI with 2 Hop access others communicating with the target of the warrant. This can be done WITHOUT a FISA warrant on those within this 2 Hop circle.

This means that if Carter Page has contact with say, Sam Clovis in the Trump campaign, and Clovis had contact with Gen. Flynn, the FBI has access to Gen. Flynn...without a warrant.

The initial 90-day FISA warrant was renewed three times, each for 90 days. Because the first FISA warrant was issued in 10/16, the renewals allowed the FBI to surveil into most of the Trump campaign, transition team, and ultimately into the campaign into 10/17. One full year.

So the FBI was able to surveil most of the Trump campaign staff, transition team, and admin. They were in a perfect spot to know whether anything relating to Russia collusion had occurred or whether it was occurring during the surveillance.

Enter James Comey. Comey signed the first warrant on Page in October 2016. Comey agreed with the SSA that prepared the FISA app that Carter ought to be targeted ( along with all the 2 hop contacts that come with an approved warrant.

By January 2017, the FBI ( think Strzok, Lisa Page, McCabe, Comey, etc. ) had close to 90 days to surveil Trump. We have text messages between Strzok and Lisa Page...why do NONE of those message suggest Russian collusion was known?

So Comey/McCabe send Strzok & Pientka over to interview Gen. Flynn and suggest he doesn't need a lawyer. Comey arrogantly suggested he thought he could get this meeting done b/c the Trump team was new even though he knew this to be a non-standard method.

Deliberation after the meeting reveals that the FBI did not think Gen. Flynn was lying during the meeting. What Flynn might not have known was that the agents already knew the answers to the questions they were asking Flynn.

Regardless of that uncertainty, Gen. Flynn is charged with lying to the FBI by the Mueller team. Flynn pleads guilty when the FBI begins targeting his son and Flynn has already gone broke trying to defend himself.

It has since been determined that the interview notes of the agents involved in the Gen. were edited by an FBI lawyer AND the DOJ says the notes they thought Strzok took were actually from Pientka and vice-versa.

It has been revealed by the DOJ that an email that would have supported an FISA app for Carter Page was altered by an FBI lawyer. This is potentially the most damning for the prosecution.

If the Carter Page FISA app is determined to be issued based on fraudulent evidence ( or altered emails ), does the Fruit of the Poisonous Tree doctrine come into play. Does all of the evidence originating therefrom become inadmissible and might Gen. Flynn's case be dismissed?

Keep in mind, the DOJ filed the motion ( jointly with Flynn ) to delay the sentencing and other hearings in the case until the OIG report is released because that report might impact the Flynn case. The DOJ would be in a good position to know if this is the case, right?

ut the point of this thread is Comey. He sent agents to interview Gen. Flynn already knowing the answers to the questions they were going to ask. Why would he do this for any other reason that to compromise Gen. Flynn? He wanted a process charge he could use against the Gen.

He knew the agents did not believe that the General was lying. Why entrap him? Why did Comey want to control Gen. Flynn?

It's been said that many of those in the Obama admin. did like Gen Flynn when he ran the DIA. Why? Was Comey in that group?

It's been said that Comey engineered the appointment of Special Counsel Mueller and of course, Flynn was prosecuted for the Comey directed meeting with Flynn by Mueller. But not for Russia collusion, conspiracy, FARA, etc. He was prosecuted for lying to the FBI.

And I'm not sure whether it's a gag order or on advice of counsel but Gen. Flynn has not issued any tweets since his plea hearing in December 2017. Was he charged to keep quiet about what he knew from his time as Dir. of DIA?

Did you know that Gen. Flynn is a Democrat?

So why get the FISA on Carter Page in 2016 if the 2014 FISA warrant didn't result in any charges?

The 2016-2017 warrants did not result in any charges for Page from the office of Special Counsel Mueller.

What probably cause used to get the WARRANT was ultimately disregarded?

How has TWICE now, Carter Page managed to evade charges from a count of 5 FISA warrants against the guy.

Is it possible that Carter Page is used to get FISA apps but really isn't the target and this is why he has not been charged?

nd then you learn that possibly in the same month Page joined the Trump campaign ( still no one one has said how ), Carter Page might have worked FOR the FBI?

How does a guy that the FBI got a FISA warrant on in 2014 ( remember, probable cause is required ) become an employee of the FBI in 2016?

Something is REALLY screwy in this case.

Five times probable cause of a crime was used to secure a FISA warrant against Carter Page, a former FBI employee

No federal criminal charges have been filed against Page.

Is this guy the smartest probable criminal ever outwitting the FBI and the Mueller team EVERY time?
