Kansas Gov. Jeff Colyer (R) accused Secretary of State Kris Kobach (R) on Friday of intentionally pushing a miscount of the number of ballots cast in the gubernatorial primary race. “Secretary Kobach’s office was instructing counties not to count ballots that are in the mail, and those clearly have to be counted under Kansas law,” Colyer said in a Fox News interview.

My thoughts on this news

Good old Republicans, can't win, so just cheat, stop counting votes. This is a very close election, it is so close that it still has not been called. I do not know if these accusations are true, but if they are this is very big news. If it can be proven that Kobach told people not to count ballots that are in the mail, that is very illegal, it is a federal offense, he should be going to jail. If Kobach actually instructed counties to do this and there are witnesses and proof, he is fucked. It will be very interesting to see who wins this when all the votes are finally counted...
