If you take the Head up, so that your face is in a vertical orientation and put your reduce the distance between your arms so that they are in a similar distance as your shoulders, your workout gets harder :P
Haha thanks for the tip to a harder workout lol
I am now doing them much slower to have a better result and already reduced the arm span. But I can not lift my head any centimeter up :D I feel like a puppet without a kneck lol
