Rules for successful shooting in the sun:

Do you know this doctrine of happiness? Its meaning is to leave all worries about the past and the future and live in the moment in which you are directly. Many people worry about what has not yet happened. It does not give them a taste and joy of life. For example, tomorrow you have an important meeting. And you begin to worry about it today. You can't relax and feel the peace. Although in the present moment you are all fine, you walk with friends or watch a movie in his bed. But anxiety consumes you, drowning out all the charms of the moment. The theory of awareness teaches us to be here and now. No worries and fuss. Just live in the moment, whether it's good or bad. It's not eternal, so just live in it. It is a beautiful teaching that really makes people happier and more peaceful. I'll tell you more about it some other time.
