I don't dislike challenges, but I do dislike a certain kind of challenge. Like, writing a complex program is a challenge that I enjoy. But trying for the third day in a row to get some stupid application to work properly is not a challenge I enjoy.
Yeah, I get. Trying to do one thing over and over again can be really frustrating, no one enjoys that. But those challenges we don't enjoy can very much hold some lessons in them. And, you get satisfied once you are able to pull it off!
