Those potato stacks look so good!

I must admit that sweet potato has really grown on me

I had never eaten a sweet potato in my life until I was 49 years old... and I LOVE THEM! Can't believe it took me so long to convert over to those luscious taters!

    Oh I second that! I VERY seldom buy or eat traditional potato anymore and Jude, he wont touch anything other than sweet potato now either :) And they are also so much better for you!
