This community is basically provides multiple Steem services. This community are into :

One thing pretty interesting is they provide Free Account creation services , however they need small delegation for Resteem and Upvote services. For example if for 100 SP delegation they are upvoting at 0.90$ alongwith the Resteem which is not bad I believe. Moreover there is a restriction of 4 Posts in a day. 10 SP - Unlimited resteem / 1 UPVOTE @ 0.01$

20 SP- Unlimited resteem / 1 UPVOTE @ 0.02$

30 SP- Unlimited resteem / 1 UPVOTE @ 0.03$

40 SP - Unlimited resteem / 1 UPVOTE @ 0.04$

50 SP - Unlimited resteem / 1 UPVOTE @ 0.05$

60 SP - Unlimited resteem / 2 UPVOTE @ 0.06$

70 SP - Unlimited resteem / 2 UPVOTE @ 0.07$

80 SP - Unlimited resteem / 2 UPVOTE @ 0.08$

90 SP - Unlimited resteem / 2 UPVOTE @ 0.09$

100SP - Unlimited resteem / 4 UPVOTE @ 0.1$
