That looks great. I never liked breakfast until the past few years, though now I'm more of a breakfast taco kind of guy--not exactly the healthiest breakfast food, but it sure is yummy, especially with spicy pico de gallo or salsa.

I'm all about spicy too but other than making kind of a spicy egg/sour cream/salsa/cheesy dish I haven't done breakfast spice yet....hmmm you're giving me some good ideas to try! You might be on to something great!
