We're Announcing Power-up Challenge # 9!

Welcome to the 9th Power-up Challenge! As the mission of @steemph.cebu continues, we would like to continue and be committed with this challenge. A challenge that hopes to guide the Cebuano Steemians in helping their accounts grow. We would like to formally announce @steemph.cebu Power-Up Challenge # 6! Its a weekly challenge that rewards the Cebuano users who significantly increased their Steem Power (Power-up) in their accounts. It will be calculated based on the amount of STEEM POWER powered-up by a user within the 7 day period.

Here are some of the Important Details that needs to be met :

• Your Powered Up SP should be within the dates August 14 - August 21, 2018 (GMT +8) that makes you power-up because of this challenge.

• Your Steemit account must not be in Power Down. There's a danger behind it that users Powers down their SP and then power them up again because of the challenge. We want to eliminate that kind of technicality error.

• For your power-up, you can check @jeffbernst Steem Power Rankings to check power-up Status.

• Powering up is when you convert your Steem to Steem Power. Your Steem Power earnings on your post is not a power-up.

• As a community account of Cebu, Philippines, we want to establish this content primarily for Cebu Steemit users. Accepted power-up entries will be for verified Cebuano Authors.

What Will Be the Prizes?

With the goal of expanding Steemit in the Cebu Community, this challenge is only for Cebuano Steemians. We are committed to help this fast-growing community.

Champion : 5 STEEM

1st runner-up : 3 STEEM

2nd runner-up : 2 STEEM

A Quick Info About Powering Up

We really got inspired by the way @sndbox's Power-Up Challenge is going, so we adapt this idea because we believe this will be beneficial to the community. There are a lot of benefits of powering up, that's the reason why we encourage everybody to power up their accounts. When you power-up or grow your SP :

• Your upvote value increases. Thus, increasing your influence to the platform.

• Your bandwidth capacity increases.

• Powering-up is an investment too and you can withdraw it by the process of Power-down.
