Neither Steemit Inc set specific rules about the type of content, their point of view is not the community's point of view. But it will fight against the supposed defenders of content that are simply kill accounts, for them there is also the negative vote is creating a massive group to remove reward to those who want to impose rules in a place called block chain. It's just a matter of time.
