Linger Happily 流连忘返

Some people like to linger happily in certain places. Quite common to find that there are people going to a eating place because they enjoy the food served in that place. Their primary concern is the delicacy. Hence, a place of delicious food can surely attract many people. It is where many happily linger there due to delicious food.

However, there are people who go to an eating place whose concern is about the ambience. If it is cosy, they like to be there irrespective of the quality of food. It is a lingering place because of the environment.

As for me, I love to be at a cafe where it is conducive for discussion and work-related activities such as reading, networking, marking paper etc. Certainly, it doesn’t need to have great delicacies, though reasonably delicious is expected. As needs be, I can linger there happily.

有些人喜欢在一些地方流连忘返，其中有人是因为某些所在地的食物而流连忘返，所以他们所关注的乃是美食。的确一个提供可口的食物所在会吸引很多人，由于美味的食物以致食客在那里愉快地流连忘返。

然而，有些人去饮食场所会特别关注它的氛围。如果那里令他们很舒适，他们就喜欢留在那里即使食物的质量不怎么样。结果环境的优劣可以决定人会否流连忘返。

我个人较喜欢到咖啡座，因为它有利于讨论，並方便进行好些相关活动如阅读、交流、批改文章等。当然，它不需要提供很棒的美食，只要食物相当便好。根据需要，我可以愉快地逗留在那里。
