How Cutting it Close Could Ruin Your Day!
How the hell did this happen?
This truck pulled put of our lot and fot himself stuck in a pretty bad way! He rolled right over the yellow post, but then it sprung back into place right between both axles!!!
He eventually got out by going back and forth turning left and right... little by little kicking the ass of that truck over so he could slip out.
And we tried to help him out too, but nothing else worked. The fork lift wasn't strong enough and trying to pull him sideways with another truck sid nothing either. Good thing that driver was smarter than we were!
No one's day was ruined, in the end we had a fun couple of hours talking about it!
Spread your wings and fly to where your heart takes you.
How long did it take him to free the truck?
Oh my god, funny story. My husband went on a hike last week yeah? And he set up camp with the school kids, and there was a couple of young lads hanging about the lake where they were camped, with a boat and a trailer on a car. Anyway, they weren't too savvy and when they tried to drive up the ramp, the car slid across and the whole car and trailer slid into the lake - like, submerged. So they were shitting themselves coz it was an aquatic club and they'd be done for pollution, so they used J's satellite phone to ring their Dad, who came round with a 4WD. And beers. So they're all drinking and trying to pull the car out and busting strap after strap - as J said, the physics doesn't work as the drop off was vertical and they were just slamming the car into the side. So they manage to hook it up and drag it sideways through the reeds and up out of the lake, at one point the trailer folds OVER the car - so by the time it gets out, it's covered in weeds and smashed to shit. So they decide to tow it back to whereever they live, throw the young kid in to steer it, and of course, as J is thinking (by this time he's given up advising, as they aren't listening, arrogant twats), the car's been in the lake, so it's not going to brake is it? And of course it didn't - slam, right into the father's 4WD. Anyway, they manage to leave, asked if they could leave the boat overnight with J and crew to watch over it, which of course they did. In the morning, they walk in, grab the boat, and leave - without a single word of thanks. The world is made up of all sorts.
Holy crap, that's a story! I can only imagine what the ground looked like in all this rescuing they were doing! That 4wd must of tore up the ground pretty good before they realized they could drag it through the reeds!
Funny how people often won't listen to suggestions or even directions when they ask for it!
That'll be good one to tell the grand kids.
Lol seems like a good time was had by all. This is the kind of story that will only get better and better with each retelling
Woow!I'd like to have seen that!
