It’s Super Bowl Sunday and time to get real about America’s green economy policy. We are the largest oil producers in the world. The Inflation Reduction Act funds logging mills on Indian Reservations. Now to discuss the new logging bills in Oregon.

Let’s be clear logging no longer requires loggers or mill workers. Wealthy landowners, corporations, and the federal government have excused states, counties, and rural Americans from the profits generated by logging. Not to mention logging companies haven’t paid dividends since the 90s.

So there’s now two bills in Oregon for the next election both proposed by Democrats. One aims to make the rich richer through the abolishment of taxes on this struggling industry to be supplemented by increasing taxes on the poor people who can’t even walk in the woods because its trespassing on timber lands. No doubt the investors in logging corporations are behind this bill.

The other logging bill would require logging corporations to restore dividend payments to rural counties forcing them to share profits with the people in the area. This is almost the opposite agenda of the first bill. Remember both are proposed by Democrats.

At the heart of these bills is finding a way to pay for wildfire prevention. Either completely excusing logging corporations from taking any responsibility while footing the bill, or force logging corporations to restore dividend payments on profits so that counties can use that money to enforce fire codes. Notice this second option excuses logging corporations from responsibility as well.

There is no mention that logging corporations are responsible for more intense fires because of cutting down old growth trees that don’t burn. Instead, spotted owls are blamed for dividend payments being stopped in the 90s as the industry became autonomous and now shifts to AI over drunken humans.

As loyal readers know, From A to Z the everything company went bankrupt because of its position on Hemp as the savior of mankind. Oregon on the surface seems the perfect state to become the role model for the new green economy based on the incorporation of the Hemp industry. It could have been the embodiment of Reefer Madness being overturned.

Yet the fact remains that when Hemp became federally legal in December of 2018, one year later unfair regulations made the crop worthless just as the global Pandemic began; and even as Hemp was proven to make Covid-19 less transmissible the Hemp industry was demonized. This is the next chapter of the Hemp Revolution as we now find ourselves in a world where Hemp is being ignored as an important economic driver for ordinary people, while the Hemp crop has become legal.

Once again, followers of the Hemp Revolution must see the progression here. Hemp was made legal and millions of people were looking to cash in on industrial Hemp being incorporated into the mainstream economy. Then the Hemp industry was demonized as a global Pandemic hit. Now, we find ourselves in a world where Hemp is ignored while it is now legal.

So, instead of replacing the logging industry in Oregon with the Hemp industry to create a sustainable forest product economy allowing the forests to be preserved to help fight climate change; we are now being dupped into two logging bills on opposite sides being proposed by the same party. Absolute madness!

We cannot solve climate change so long as the public at large remains stagnant on the adoption of Hemp into the mainstream economy in favor of logging forests. It’s one example of many.

This issue connects with the many atrocities being committed around the world. And in fact, we can see that Putin 2.0 missed the mark in his interview with Tucker Carlson. Had he expounded the benefits of a green Hemp economy and pushed forward the Hemp Revolution he could have realigned himself with the right side of history. Yet from what we’ve heard no such proclamations were made.

China, the world’s #1 Hemp producer also fails to hit the mark. They’re so busy trying to copy American intellectual property in the hopes of surpassing us that they’ve done a disfavor to the world. They were in a position to remain the second-best economy giving them time to make the scientific breakthroughs needed for Hemp industrial applications without the worry of military conquests. Instead, they have followed America into the trap of fear for military conquest.

With this focus it becomes easy to see that while America might not be right; neither Russia or China can offer an alternative to the core problem facing Earth’s civilization. We need to turn the corner on a green sustainable economy. Yet the truth is all the major powers want to be in control of the fossil fuel economy allowing them to reap in profits as the grim reaper closes in on mankind.
