Preparing for Steem-Leeds Freshers Promo tomorrow with @Stephenkendal

#promo-uk is doing a nationwide University tour over freshers week to get the message out to students about Steemit.

Next Stop.. LEEDS UNI TOMORROW 21st September

I am going to be meeting up with Matt @starkerz Dylan @anarcotech & Tomas @tomasgeorge and spend a few hours tomorrow at Leeds University giving out flyers, business cards, T-Shirts and caps, kindly donated by the visionary behind promo-steem, @stephenkendal.

So Stephen drove down to meet me at Macdonalds near Elland Road stadium to drop off all the gear for tomorrows event. This was great as it was the first time we have met in person and he's a top man with some fantastic long term goals for the development of Steemit.

Stephen being the non stop powerhouse of Steem promotion he is, was already in a conversation with the Macdonalds regional manger when I got there!

The reason we are doing this is to get more users on the platform, meaning not only the growth of a fantastic decentralised platform, but also increases in the price of Steem.

Therefore it is in every "Steemians" interest to promote Steem as hard as possible, if you don't have the time or inclination to get out and do flyering or marketing of steem thats fine, just if you believe in what we are doing, please show your support by up-voting our posts, this funds us to continue doing even more promo work on a bigger scale :)
