i think so success comes long term in many ways. Build up followers. Get a nice Community arround etc like in other social Media.
And for sure im 100% with your points. As newby you dont know stuff like "15 minute rule"

I agree with you that engagement with people and building relationships on this platform with your followers is very important. I am glad you liked the post. I think it’s important to share what we know up the platform, because shared success is ultimately a key factor in short term and long term retention of Steemians and the viability and longevity of the platform.
