The long awaited meet up for Ugandan Steemians!! It was a blast!!
Saturday, the 2nd of June happened to be the day when most of the active Ugandans on steemit decided to gather at a place known as Centenary park to discuss a few issues.
Like I said, it was a blast and it was surely massive. A big thanks to @achimmertens for the financial help he offered to us to make this meeting a success. We are really grateful.
So the meeting started at exactly 3pm with a few drinks being served after everyone had settled in and we kicked off with the main agenda. A lot of issues were discussed in the meeting and some of the topics hinted on were:
- The future of crypto currency in uganda
- How to maximise earning from steemit
- The power of writing good content on steemit
- How to make investments on steemit
- The problems facing most Ugandans on steemit
- The different ways how one can withdraw their money from steemit
And very many other things were discussed. The meeting was really a good one and very motivational. Everyone's questions were answered to the fullest.
I personally made new friends. I met the Ugandan top earners and they shared with me their success stories. How they made it to where they are and they encouraged me to do better.
The refreshments were also available and people enjoyed themselves to the fullest. Let me share with you a few pictures taken at the event to summarize it all.
Lastly, I would like to thank all Ugandans that spared their time and came for the event, am really proud of you. Another big thanks to all the guest speakers of the day. Thank you so much for the knowledge you gave us. We really appreciated. Once again a big thanks to @achimmertens for the financial help offered to make this meeting a success and the entire steem community and the steemit ambassadors for the work well done on this platform.
