2° #Promo-Steem - #Promo-Spain Meet-up *Gran Canaria - Islas Canarias, España*

Good afternoon dear Steemians!

Thanks @starkerz @anarcotech @cryptocurator and @stephenkendal for your support in this initial phase of @promo-spain. We hope to do great things here soon!
Yesterday, we @kilianparadise and me @cauac, who speaks to you today, were lucky to meet @flamingirl in Gran Canaria. This has been the second meeting of Steemit members on the island and as on the previous occasion with our dear @surfermarley, it has been fantastic!! Being able to be with people who use this social network and who also does it with the intention of improving the world, is priceless.

We want to thank @cryptocurator for his great suggestions to @flamingirl about which sites to visit here. Thanks to this, we were able to contact this nice steemian and spend a few hours together. Maybe in the next you can be Chris! ; )

On the way to Maspalomas

Although we did not have all the time that we would have liked, we were able to introduce ourselves and talk about steemit, steemitcanarias and especially about the magnificent initiative #promo-steem, created by the team @steem-ambassador.
Maybe you already know the work that this team carries out and what the initiative consists of, but we believe that it is a good opportunity for the Steemians who do not know it, have the opportunity to participate and be rewarded for it.

The first #promo-steem together!

Promo-Steem is a voluntary group of Steemians and Steem Ambassadors that use Steem's blockchain to reward valuable promotional work.

We talked about things related to Steemit and Steem blockchain such as @steem-ambassador, because we thought that someone like @flamingirl, who has already organized and held several meetings in Barcelona, ​​would have to take advantage of and join #promo-steem and #promo-spain In our opinion, she had to know how it works and also be rewarded in her next posts related to steemit promotional activities and #promo-steem #promo-spain tags.

We also talked about the upcoming Steemit Meet-up to be held between the end of August and the beginning of September of this year in Gran Canaria, to which you are all invited;) We took advantage of the visit of @flamingirl to meet at Tipsy Hammock in Playa del Inglés , because there is where could be held the next meeting and so show you the place. Please give us your opinion;)

It is located in one of the main entrances to Playa del Inglés, 10 meters from the information point and 20 meters from the Mc D. Easy access and located on the beachfront, Tipsy is one of the best pubs in the area, with a unique atmosphere, good prices and live music. This meeting will be announced in Steemit once we have coordinated with the speakers.

Of course, the work of #promo-steem / #promo-spain did not miss this time. From the waiters to the same manager, they already know that Steemit exists and also the great difference with other social networks, here your voice is worth! We recommend you to attend this type of meeting friends, interact with other Steemians and interact with them outside of Steemit too because its very enriching, very nice and very fun!

We do not know yet if @flamingirl is going to send the application as ambassador in Spain but she is very interested in this initiative. We hope that as @surfermarly, send it and soon we have two ambassadors ;)
