Supporting Another Steemian Business

When I was in Labuan, after my meeting and inspections. I had the opportunity to visit Labuan Food Stall (Medan Selera) that belong to a Steemians @vspencer and @pearlkoh. I have known @vspencer for about 13+ years now when he was working in KL. To know a friend that long is something. A couple of years back when he decided to go back to Labuan for good, I ask him are you crazy? Then, after listening to his reason, all I got to say I support him.

Since then, every single time I have a small and big job in Labuan, I have been giving to him to do till today. For me, its the trust I tressure with him. So, when he told he runs a small food stall, I got to see it.

They named their stall "Food Made Simple" (FMS), which they said to me that they cooked from the heart, not for the fame or trying to be something. They just felt that they really want to cook, no doubt trying to survive (Living) is the main point. However, @vspencer say to me which really struck me, " Do from the Heart, believe in it, and the rest will follow thru" strong words !!! Easy said and done but behind all this, the business need to have links and connections too and a strong marketing foundation.

After sitting down listening to thier food concept, i spoke to them a bit about Pay With Steem concept which i have incorporated into my business as well earlier this year. Same goes with my fellow steemians, @danielwong running a Burger Joint, @papanog runs a Medical Clinic, @beverlyjoe runs JL Cafe, @borneoairbrush runs Tattoo service. It takes a lot of time for some to believe in Steem, and having the task on it is surely something in the future we looking forward for.

I wish them all the best and good luck in their new ventures of business. May God Bless them abundantly with Streamline of Catering Order and many customers coming to their stall. I only manage to eat Half Boil Egg from them as I was rushing to another appointment. I did not manage to eat their foods, that's so so sad for me, but then again, 30min before I arrive at their stall I have already eaten Fish Head Mee Hoon Soup for breakfast.
