We are inspiration one to another
The poor needs the rich and the rich needs the poor. The sick needs the healthy and the healthy needs the sick. Little children needs the adult and the adults needs the children.
When you see a poor man working so hard, what motivates him is his desire to become rich. He is ready to give it whatever it takes to be rich as well. He has seen what type of life the rich are living, he has allowed that to affect his thinking positively.
He has seen the rich exhibiting the power of riches, he want to do the same. So, he up his game too by taking up extra job, saving part of his little earning and the likes, why because he want to be rich like the rich.
Have you ever seen a rich man who is satisfied with what he has acquired, even if he had acquired what he can not exhaust in his lifetime, he keep acquiring more, because he knew of a poor man who is ready to give it whatever it takes to become rich. So, he stay motivated by the desire of the poor by up his own game as well. And that is why you see rich man working as if he is poor.
No rich man want to be poor again, that's is why you see the rich venturing into many businesses

Look at the sick, he is motivated by the free movement enjoyed by the healthy, he want to give it whatever it takes to come out of his sickness, he has allowed himself to be motivated by the freedom of the healthy. He keep fighting for his life no matter what the doctors report says. He believes, he can one day have the freedom to move about like other healthy people.
Have you seen an healthy man who want to be sick? You see him trying to eat as at when due to maintain an healthy life. He go for balance diet, do lots of exercises, relax after stress just to ensure he did not fall sick. He know the pains of sickness and he don't want to experience it. So, he is ready to version his lives after an healthy living in order not to fall sick.
All these examples are the common relationships we have around us, and it is a pointer to the fact that, no matter the level you are as long as you see someone better, consciously or unconsciously, you want to up your game to be better as well.
As a minnow on steemit, you want to do whatever it takes to become a whale, whale also never desired to start all over again and that desire keep us going... Lol

No matter your level in life, you are an inspiration to someone. Someone is motivated as a result of your existence, stop looking down on yourself.
