Human beings can absorb or exchange energy, with the trees, with the water, with the earth, with the animals and among ourselves, this action we do unconsciously because it is a necessity to feed our state of mind.

When I say that we do unconsciously it is because of the following examples that I am going to give you to visualize that we do these actions as something natural, I don't know if it is a pattern that we have been copying from generation to generation.

1._ example: when a friend feels sad, the first thing we do is put our hand on his back, by putting the palm of your hand on his back you are transmitting your positive energy to that person, unconsciously you do this the person will feel better.

2._ example: this is very common, you will see why, when a family member or friend is worried or sad about the action you do unconsciously and you put your hand on it and calmly tell them that everything is going to be okay. But by placing your hand on it you are passing your positive energy to it and you are absorbing that negative energy, but you can calmly regenerate it.

3._ example: when a person dies, family members tend to be full of negative energy, their moods are very low and the action that close acquaintances and relatives do is to embrace these people, not so much that the two actions mentioned above grab their hand and even put their hand on their back, that is to say that in this process people give a lot of positive energy to these people and not just one there are many people who give their energy to make them feel better.r.

When you are full of negative energy, we can do the following actions;

1.-Take off your shoes, and walk on the ground so that it will help you free yourself from this negative energy that you have, I assure you that you will feel better and your mood will improve.

2._ hug a tree, you will say this guy if he is crazy wants me to embrace a tree, when you hug a tree exchanged that bad energy you have for a pure and this action will make you feel better.

3._ Surely you've heard it said go for a beach bath for boats, when you're full of bad energy things don't work out well, something always happens and things don't work out the way you want them to. But when you give yourself a beach bath, you are changing dark energy for a positive one, you will say but how it will make possible, it is simple water is life and it is with one of the things that we can change energy for this reason you will have a clean energy and you will feel relaxed and see how everything will flow.

On the other hand, we have to surround ourselves with positive people, who drive us because this makes our energy field increase, not only that our mood will be good, we will feel good about everything we do.

You have to avoid negative people, who always complain about everything, also those who like to speak ill of people because they are toxic people who always help you find a way to sink you do not bring you anything positive but rather steal your good energy.

Because a negative person always does everything right and others are the troublemakers and live in shock because they are always right.
