Live with your problems
In the world there are two types of people:
First are the people who get complicated by absolutely everything, do not learn from their mistakes and literally drown in a glass of water, people who live in depression, everything hurts, that instead of getting up and moving forward they prefer to complicate everything, It is difficult for them to fight for what they want, people who surrender easily and are weak.
Then there are relaxed people, those who learn to live with their problems, those who know how to control their pain, know that stress and lead a worried life does not change things, they know how to deal with everything.
This happens because we do not all grow equal, we are not all educated in the same way.
Some learn faster than others to overcome problems.

Easy to say, hard to master. To do this we have to remember that without problems our life would be shallow and tasteless, because the thing that gives value to those happy moments are all of the bad moments we have with problems. I really doesn't matter how much time you take overcoming your problems but how you do it, and fo it calmly slowly, focusing on solutions rather than the situation itself is a great start. Great post btw it really opens up the conversation and get you thinking.
