Suicide becoming rampant: what is happening
Recently in the news,Suicide seems to be rampant, this is alarming and i wonder what is happening, why are people taking their own life? People you think have it all, people you even want to be like, people who are successful committing suicide, you can not just help but wonder why. It shows that people are going through issues deeper than we think. what they fail to note is taking their life is never the solution, it just makes things worse.

Please and please if you are suffering from depression, seek help, talk to someone, don't resolve to taking your life. don't stay alone, take drugs or listen to sad music. Try to talk it out, a problem shared is a problem half solved. Talk to a therapist, avoid places or situations that trigger the thoughts.

Please let us reach out to people, some look happy on the surface but are fighting terrible demons within. Do you know of anyone always talking about suicide, not wanting to live, tired of life and you keep ignoring them because you feel they don't have the nerve to do it? now is the time to take action, help them get help, encourage them to get help. Where there is life, there is surely hope.

It’s scary because usually the people that seem to have it together the most are usually the ones that are suffering the most ..... so many of those people are successful in one area but suffering in others ..... they feel there is a persona they are supposed to be and work so hard to fit that roll .... they lose who they really are ....it’s such a struggle for so many people.... sometimes the ones that seem the happiest are really the saddest .

We are all responsible for things happening around us. We pay much attention to virtual world, leaving out reality surrounding us. Suicide attempt is slightly on the increase as a result of people looking for validation where there's none, get rich quick syndrome is also part of it.
