I always have anxiety attacks and it is difficult to change as it is often set behaviour. It is a cage that we have created in our minds often reducing us to not being able to act or not think of ourselves as good enough.
Believe me I want it gone and have gone through therapy to try to mitigate it.
Doing creative stuff is one good outlet for anxiety disorder.
That's a good way to put it, and I am sorry you experience those attacks mav.
Steem is one of the best places to share any type of creativity, so I am sure steem and discord communities can be of huge help :)
