My brain is just screaming at reading your story - I cannot believe it and yet I can.

As a parent, I would be so nervous to bring this up with another parent but would probably say something like "I heard from my child that the kids were playing this game. I'm talking to them about how it's not a game to do something to someone against their will and I thought you'd like to know so you can do the same."
