Awesome post as always, m'dear. Totally agree that we should get to know neuroscience and psychology to better understand what makes us think and do what we do - it's really empowering. One of the reasons I love your posts so much, and they are great Natural medicine posts in that way too (cough cough, can't see the Natural Medicine banner there?) - we can prevent so much ill mental health jsut by learning this stuff!
