My day was full of fun, a lot of discussions and chats from friends, colleagues both online and offline that opens room for meditation. After my meditation that took an hour, I came with this mind-blowing piece that many of you are aware of but again you will definitely learn from it.

Why success makes so many people hate you? Sometimes I wish this never happen but its reality, it would have been a good thing to enjoy success without seeing hatred attached in the eyes of those around you but its never that way.

Mr man what are you insinuating?

From my reasoning, I came to an understanding of an emotion which occurs when a person lacks another's superior quality, achievement or possession but they desire to have it in a wrong way with the wrong action.

Based on my engagement as facility manager that manage people I understand that the above act has damage relationships, disrupts teams and even undermines organizational performance. Sometimes the action comes in a competitive way whereby staff compete to be better than others it's one of the way employee behave at workplace. I will share with you one thing that we need to understand if we must succeed in the project.

Have You Asked Yourself Why Not Me?

When other employees ideas are used over yours or an associate's performance seems to be appreciated more than yours there will be envy in that work environment. Writing from experience, countless of times when reward is given out for a job well done I was skipped over but there times it was credited to me, in fact, if I should go by promotion reward that I expected but was given out to someone else, it suppose cause envy but its what your mind fixed with that determine trending space.

Have you experienced your boss shows favoritism to someone in your office or in the group you belong?

Case Study

There was a story of two friends I read, who was the heart and soul of a particular team. These guys believe that can change the world with joint effort and they started. It was an interesting collaboration because both have different strength, one was the strong performer and the other had a socially strong network and this gives him more opportunities and recognition both online and offline. It was a very bad moment for the first guy when one of the managers of the group made eye contact with the social strong network guy and started having meetings with him, this made the first guy lost passion for his work and performed poorly and for every meeting that connects the two guys together because of the state of mind the guy carried he started criticizing the social strong network guy work. At the end, strong performer guy left the group and social strong network guy moved forward.

An Action That Eat Good Deeds Like Fire Eats Away Wood Is What Is Called Envy

Can you take a moment to be honest to yourself by not deceive yourself thinking you are making progress in your business or project plans? You need to reveal your true feelings attitudes and motivation. Take a moment and develop a lifestyle of kindness and continuously thinking about what you do have to be grateful.

Friends, the moment you discovered you find yourself in a group, committee of friends that encourage activities of comparison check your stand and move forward. Move forward? Never move forward until you are able to give an answer to the Why of the activities. Your mental picture is your actual picture. When you begin to feel envious, ask yourself What is about someone else that you are envious off? If not move on with your project plan.

Hey! Can you take a step back, stop, think and realize the state you are, then move on? It is my joy to say this to you that learn to grow up and not to jump up. make every effort to make a plan that will develop your own positive qualities and that unique gifts already deposited in you. Yes, I know we can't eliminate the word envy because it is a natural part of our nature but we should have this at the back of our mind that minimize it will save that your business plan and project by avoiding favoritism or let me say fair distribution of promotions in your organization, community or group.

envy can only be positive when it is writing in your mind as a competitive way otherwise it will spoil the whole process. Be wise and keep your business/ project save.
