Como todos os $.50 comemorativos, ele pesa 12,5g com 90% de pureza de prata.
Esta moeda foi produzida para homenagear os 100 anos do início do governo territorial.
O reverso mostra um braço segurando uma picareta e um pequeno monte de rochas, uma imagem adaptada do selo territorial de Wisconsin.
O obverso mostra um texugo sobre uma tora de madeira, com três setas e um ramo de oliva atrás.
Um total de 25,015 moedas foram distribuídas pela Mint de Filadélfia. O preço atual é de cerca de U$475.00 neste grau.
