Pies puff with apples, raisins and cinnamon

Perfect pastries at the weekend can be pies puff with apple, cinnamon and raisins, which are pretty quickly prepared.

vanilla powder (at your discretion);

raw chicken yolk (one piece);

light raisins (one large handful);

sand fine sugar (one full glass);

Filtered water is cool (three tablespoons);

cinnamon crushed (at own discretion);

puff pastry (540 g);

sweet green apples are large (five pieces).

First you need to prepare the filling, and for this, prepare the dishes in advance. Then cut into thin slices the green apples, after removing the core from them. Put them in a prepared container, sprinkle with cinnamon and leave it for twenty minutes.

Rinse the light raisins, steam it, then put it on the frying pan. Pour the filtered water (two tablespoons). Sprinkle sugar in sufficient quantities. If desired, you can add powdered vanillin to the pan. mix everything, put in the same container of apple slices with cinnamon. Then, extinguish the ingredients until soft.

In a rectangular layer, thinly roll out the puff pastry, then cut it into rectangles 5x10 cm, lay one apple half of each billet with cinnamon and raisins. On top of the apple spice filling cover the other half, so that turned out neat squares. Then press the edges. On the surface of each ply blanks with a knife, create small incisions. Then grease all apple pies with whipped egg yolks using a culinary brush. Then bake at two hundred degrees in the oven for ten minutes.
