What factor is responsible for under-development in many African countries?
Simple... Europe. I will give a IRL example:
Source is from the news from 14/09/2018 from Casablanca. The city was like that for almost a week. Why am I showing garbage that has not been picked up? Because a company from spain is RESPONSABLE for this. They have been paying people the same for YEARS 1500 MAD = 147$ (Month Salary).

The people that work there are fighting to get a raise because of the working conditions ... and the MASSIVE AMOUNT of garbage that needs to be picked up. So an EU company is taking all the nice tax profits from the moroccans and exploiting employes and not even care about the minimum equipment. AND THERE THOUSANDS of such examples that you can find. When you actually watch why the african countries are not develloping. It's because we are being used and not because we are lazy.
We pay taxes first... but the Garbage is still there. Thank you and after that we are lazy because its hot :D yeah it's that simple.

If you are measuring African countries development with European estimators, you cannot reach a good score. What would be African estimators to measure African countries development ?
Wich European estimators am I using? I just shared a story about my country to show the exploitation made by a company from Spain. I'm not asking to raise the level to the EU level. They are collecting tax money to not do their job that was not in the contract. I want them to respect the contract that's it. Nothing less, nothing more.
Hi man this problem has been present since i start understanding my self, i used to see(and I'm still seeing) those cleaners accepting the low price they get for their hard work and none of them can speak a word about this issue (they fear to get fired)
for the 4k mad you mentioned they don't get that much my friend!! 4000mad is quite good and i wish they were paid that amount they take maximum of 1500mad(~147$)
