How do answers appear out of the nowhere?! They don’t. Answers come when we’ve set intentions and have been thinking critically about them. Answers come when we sit still, when we don’t rush, when we trust ourselves.
It’s the sitting still that’s tough. We’re programmed to be productive and go, go, go. However, when we allow even a few minutes of quiet reflection, we function so much better. As humans, why must we make things so complicated? Why do we over-analyze and create drama in our lives? If we could only stop creating ridiculous stories about how it’s supposed to be and instead, face what actually is, we’d have easier lives.
