Hand Made Squash Tortilla Enchiladas!

These were not only so so good but a very unique and exciting dish.

The tortillas on their own we’re amazimg hot and fresh.

Even rolled them out with the super sustainable glass jar rolling pin!

Take all the great flavor of delicious enchelqdas then add fresh hand made squash tortillas encasing them!

One of my favorite meals in weeks!
