Of course you can reach higher Tier with upvotes. 7 times a week with 100% will give you Tier 1.
If you would like to go higher you send subscribe for 1 Steem a month - this will +1 tier to your current, or with 2 Steem to add up 2 tiers to your current. So you can be be even on Tier 3.
But to be able to receive any upvotes from Qurator, you need to be a registered member first.
How to register
You send 4 Steem to Qurator as registration fee. Our team will review your account and you will get a netification to your wallet about the decision.
