There is no minimum delegation. Whatever you delegate will be multiplied. Currently we give more than 11x your delegation is worth, so for 100 SP delegated, you will receive a vote from 1100 SP account.
Also all decelerators receive Q tokens in their Steem Engine wallet.
You should put the month you are subscribing for. If it is mid month, we will return the Steem for the unused days.
