Rabindranath started the supervision of Nadia (the part of Nadia, Kushtia district of present-day Bangladesh), Pabna and Rajshahi districts and Orissa zamindari under the order of father from 1891. Rabindranath spent a long time in Kuthibari of Shilaidah in Kushtia. Zamindar Rabindranath went to Shilaidaha to rent and rent a luxurious family named "Padma" to pray for rent and blessing in front of the peasantry. The villagers also organized a banquet in his honor.

In 1890, Rabindranath's other famous works of poetry were published in Manasi. Twenty to thirty years of age, some of his other important works of poetry and music composition were published. These are the morning chants, poetry, poetry, and soft etc. From 1891 to 1895, some of the finest works of Rabindranath published in his edited sadhana were published. This stage of his literary career is therefore known as "Sadhna Stage". Half of the first fourteen stories of Rabindranath Tagore's work are written in this phase. In these short stories, he painted a emotional and humorous picture of rural life.
