Happy Weekend! Hope you are having a great start of the weekend with your kids & families!

This weekend is the third one we will be spending to fast for the holy month of Ramadan and after this we will be left with a last and final weekend and then Eid will be here!

Today we completed the 19th day of fasting and here I am with the 19th Iftaar Table for this year!

Beef Koftas in Tomato Sauce & Eggs!

Cooked in a tajine, this dish came out as everyone's favorite on the table today.

I enjoyed it with some French Baguette!

Moroccan Beef Skewers too!

My wife wanted to make these skewers since some days and she made it today!

Very well marinated with mild Moroccan spices and perfectly cooked...simply amazing!

Chicken Croquette as our only fried snack and fruits & cucumber plate!

Less and less fried foods these days and today we had only the chicken croquette as fried snack!

On the other hand, we had a nice plate to cucumber and some nice fruits & drinks to rehydrate!

Ready for Number 20!!!

Things will accelerate even more now on...the last week of Ramadan always passes by very quickly!

But I am so happy that on my side, we already have done some advance shopping for Eid and now we only have to finalize our food selections for celebrating Eid to be done!

I only need to do more advance on my work side and we will be good!

So yeah, it will be a super busy last week of Ramadan after tomorrow...
