It's a viscious cycle and feels like an exercise of futility. But oh well. That's life. We all have to suck it all up.

Paano kung kulang ang pahinga, matutuwa ka pa ba? 😂 kelangan ko lang ng mahabang pahinga siguro kase hindi na ako natutuwa eh.
