The Nation’s First Academic Cryptoasset Organization

Our team’s continued devotion to the adoption of blockchain technology led us to establish one of the first cryptoasset student organizations nationwide at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. We teach our members in part through the utility from the SalukiCoin asset we have created with the help of the Ravencoin open-source infrastructure. The purpose of this organization is to stimulate scholarship through an emphasis on collaboration of its members toward a deep understanding of blockchain technology as it applies to core economic principles. This will be accomplished through a series of interactive lectures, activities, and guest speakers which all engage members deep within the realm of blockchain technology. To work toward achieving that same purpose, our team has founded SalukiCoin - the nation's first academic based asset. To mimic the actual Bitcoin, we have created 21M units closely accounted for and only available through attendance at meetings. Our next such event consists of international Skype conferences from MakerDAO and Nexo.
