From a slave to a master, chapter # 17 - The natural condition

Prologue: after operating inside the dual structure, what most would consider the ordinary reality, with not much success, I was still a slave, I looked for other systems to operate in. It dawned on me, after watching nature, that I have been putting too much effort. A flower doesn't bother itself with questions like "how will I grow", it doesn't pray to god "please give me more sun today". So why was I? I had to become part of nature again while remaining a human. I had to find the natural way again.

Has it ever happened to you while you were walking in the main street of your city’s downtown, you suddenly felt an impulse to make a detour? Then, you entered an isolated little garden where lovers use to separate themselves from the outside world and share romantic moments in the midst of the day. You sneak a look and then several more: “What does that couple have”, you may ask yourselves, “that I lack, and how come they have managed to find love but I so far only failed?”; and indeed, how is it that some people manage to run one successful relationship after another while others don’t even manage to create a single one?!

In light of such distressing questions some give the excuse of luck (“love is like winning the lottery and I don’t have much luck in life”); or reason their situation with the magical and mystical nature of love.

However, the truth is simple: Whereas creating a long lasting relationship, one that is based on real Love and childhoods dreams is indeed a magical experience that involves sublime powers which are way beyond the contemporary layman’s comprehension, the magicians are YOU and luck has absolutely nothing to do with it!

Would you consider a rain in the middle of the winter to be a magical event? Probably not. But what if the rain poured in the middle of Sahara desert during summer time?! “hmm….”, you would say, ”indeed, there is something weird here; nature got crazy”. And what if such a thing lasted for a whole week? What would be said then? And not only that - after the rain ceased to fall down the dunes would be covered with exquisite carpets of colorful flowers that had not been there only a few days before. What impression would that leave on you?

We are standing in front of nature’s beauty with hearts exploding with joy and wonder. We praise Gaia, mother earth, and we thank the physical laws that make all of this accessible to our senses. But neither luck nor the super-natural has anything to do with such events. We realize very well that those are natural processes of nature itself and it matters not that we are not scientists and do not have the knowledge to deeply explore the physics behind the events.

The kingdom of human-beings, who inherently is also part of nature, consists of numerous events that at first glance seem to us magical and enchanted but in real they can be easily explained by natural laws of behavior. Such is the case when we hear, for instance, of a movie star who is paid dozens of millions of dollars for staring in a blockbuster. Our minds find it difficult to accept the fact that a person legally earns so much money in a very short time while doing something that he loves and enjoys. Such an event does not correlate with the ordinary reality that we know. However, eventually, we realize that even for human beings there are odd systems that function under different rules and laws than the ones we usually are acquainted with.

Generally speaking, most of us tend to attribute magical and super-power forces to an event that is digressing from the normality. It takes us time to understand that the abnormality was simply the result of different life circumstances and different personal reality. In time, therefore, the abnormal becomes regular and the glowing event fades into the average grey.

Nowadays, in our modern and contemporary society, a successful and a happy relationship is something rare and extraordinary. We are so used to hear about marriages that collapse and about love-stories that fade away that we no longer believe that a good relationship can be easily attained. Hence, we attribute magical forces and lots of luck to any non-dualistic relationship that we hear of; and since we normally do not perceive ourselves to be magicians and lucky humans we allow that belief in itself to hinder us from having a True Love relationship.

Therefore, the conclusion that each and every one of us should draw is, that as soon as we will realize that real Love is indeed created by ordinary people – just like us – we will allow our visions and dreams to become more accessible.

I will stress again – real love is indeed glorious and wonderful but it has nothing to do with luck or forces beyond your ability. Those who create real love in their lives simply operate with different natural laws and therefore change their reality. Our task is to learn those laws to utilize them for our own benefit!

Let it be clarified even more by an example. If I plant a tree in my garden I have to follow certain nature-laws if I want the tree to grow. For instance, if I do not orderly and continuously water it, the tree will dry and die. When that happens I will not be surprised because I did choose consciously to operate in a certain system which has its own certain laws and one of them says “life demands water”. There is nothing extraordinary in the unfolding of the events in my garden and I am sure you agree with that description.

What you still find difficult to accept is the fact that real love, or realization, is a clear and immediate result of an action that is being done in a system that is governed by certain and unique rules. If you follow those rules you will have the outcome. That is real love/realization. If you deviate from or disobey those rules you will leave that system and experience other results that are a dualistic relationship or a non-relationship at all.

Life is simple, no need to make it difficult.
