Realization

While working today as a mobile money agent, I realized something very tremendous. This actually proves what many successful people like Brian Tracy have recommended when discussing goals setting.

MTN was totally off and was not working. All MTN users had their phones barely nonfunctional when talking about making calls, paying cash-out, pay to or receiving cash-in.

While waiting for the network to come active and playing a game, Bubble Trouble on my other phone, people kept on moving to the kiosk to perform all sort of activities relating to mobile money.

Surprisingly enough, most of the people went ahead to ask "oh what is wrong with your network? Where can I get another close mobile money agent? They sounded doubtful and ignorant. That was my initial instincts.

Upon developing a new strategy and questionnaire, I realized the issue was different. Subsequent customers were asked whether their network was working.
Guess what!

Quickly, they would check and feedback by saying " oh MTN today too?
Lol!

It was not their fault, I just realized it. Man is a purpose driven being. He is very inquisitive and moved by what is in his mind.

Man wants to know and wants to fulfill what lies in his mind and never stops till the end. This is my realization to why these "great" men suggested what they suggested in their best selling books.
