You can use an alternative for butter like Soja Margarine or cocoscreme, stuff like that!

Cook the apples with some cinnamon
2. step
Crunch the almonds
Put some sugar into
3. step
Mix a cup of oat to it
4. step
All together with butter or magarine and some herbs
Mix it
5. step
Put the cooked apples in a form
Than put the crunched almond oat mix over it
And done-in the oven for 15-20 min!

schön zu wissen, dass es auch Rezepte gibt, die lockerst aus dem Handgelenk heraus umgesetzt werden können und zudem noch lecker aussehen.
Informiere dich bitte noch einmal, was die Nutzung der Mandeln betrifft. Ich glaube gelesen zu haben, dass Mandeln immer geschält werden sollten.
