Purple Cabbage can be used as a complementary dish of rice that is easy to make and of course the taste is yummy, delicious! Serving Purple Cabbage with pan-fried method is the best choice for Indonesian people who rarely like to eat raw vegetables.

When I was shopping for vegetables at the market, this Purple Cabbage stole my attention. The reason is because I'm tired of eating vegetables that I usually consume like broccoli and mustard greens. Finally I bought Purple Cabbage and made a decision to make Stir Fried Purple Cabbage. I will share with you the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 purple cabbage heads
  • 2 red chilies
  • 2 finely chopped onion cloves
  • 1 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil to saute
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Salt or flavoring to taste

How to cook

  • Heat the oil.
  • Saute onion, garlic, and red chili until fragrant.
  • Enter the purple cabbage slices. Stir for a while, then add water. Don't forget to add salt or other flavorings.
  • Saute until the purple cabbage looks wilted. But things that need to be considered, do not let the purple color become slightly white because it indicates that the cabbage is over-cooked.
  • Serve with rice and enjoy while warm.

Kubis Ungu atau yang sering disebut sebagai Kol Ungu ini bisa dijadikan sebagai sajian pendamping nasi yang mudah dibuat dan tentu saja rasanya yummy, enaknya! Penyajian Kubis Ungu dengan cara ditumis adalah pilihan terbaik bagi masyarakat Indonesia yang jarang suka makan sayuran mentah.

Lihatlah Kubis Ungu yang cantik ini! Selain memiliki warna yang bagus, Kubis Ungu juga memiliki manfaat yang bagus untuk tubuhmu. Pigmentasi warnanya membuat Kubis Ungu kaya oleh zat-zat yang dapat membantu menurunkan risiko penyakit jantung, dan menurunkan risoko kanker. Saat aku sedang berbelanja sayuran di pasar, Kubis Ungu ini mencuri perhatiaanku. Penyebabnya karena aku sedang bosan memakan sayuran yang biasanya kukonsumsi seperti brokoli dan sawi. Akhirnya aku membeli Kubis Ungu dan membuat keputusan untuk membuat Kubis Ungu Tumis. Aku akan membagikan kepadamu resepnya.

Bahan-Bahan

  • 2 kepala kubis ungu
  • 2 cabai merah
  • 2 siung bawang merah cincang halus
  • 1 siung bawang putih cincang halus
  • 1 sendok makan minyak zaitun untuk menumis
  • 1/4 gelas air
  • Garam atau penyedap rasa secukupnya

Cara Memasak

  • Panaskan minyak.
  • Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, dan cabai merah hingga harum.
  • Masukkan irisan kubis ungu. Aduk-aduk sebentar, lalu tambahkan air. Jangan lupa tambahkan garam atau penyedap rasa lainnya.
  • Tumis hingga kubis ungu terlihat layu. Tetapi hal yang perlu diperhatikan, jangan sampai warna ungunya menjadi agak memutih karena itu menandakan kubisnya sudah berlebihan masaknya.
  • Sajikan bersama nasi dan nikmati selagi hangat.
