Soup
Dear Steemians, if it is cold and rainy outside when you're sick and feel cold there nice with a hot bowl of soup. I made a kind of ramen soup of the vegan kind because I had tofu, with mushroom, in the freezer.
It's so fast to do that I really recommend cutting the ingredients before you start cooking.
100 grams of thin pasta (3 minutes)
75 grams of tofu champion flavored
50 grams of carrots staves
20 grams of green pees
10 grams of red onion
10 grams of scallions
5 ml soy sous
5 ml siracha
1 Tsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 Tsp vegan bullion powder
And I friend up my tofu in the pan until it got a bit crispy!
