Simple bulk pie with apricots
Ingredients
- 180 g of butter + a little for lubrication;
- 150 g of sugar;
- 250 g of flour;
- pinch of vanillin;
- ½ teaspoon baking powder;
- 12-14 apricots.
Preparation
Rub the frozen oil on a coarse grater. Add 50 g of sugar, flour, vanillin and baking powder and crush the mixture into a crumb.
Lubricate the baking dish with oil and spread half the cake base around it. Cut the apricots into thin slices, removing the bones, and lay them on the dough.
Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and the remaining dough. Bake the cake at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes. During cooking, slightly lower the temperature of the oven.
