One of the main sources of protein that need to be investigated are chickpeas and other legumes. These will also be a good source of low-fat carbohydrates, but you may already have it in your menu✌
Yes, Chickpeas are a good option, though the carbohydrate level tends to be a big higher than we are aiming for here. The target of under 5% is particularly low.
