Taco with spicy shrimps and cabbage in sour cream sauce

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon paprika;
• ½ teaspoon dried oregano;
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin;
• ½ teaspoon ground red pepper;
• salt - to taste;
• 1 clove of garlic;
• 900 g of peeled shrimp;
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
• 250 g of sour cream;
• ¼ a bunch of parsley;
• 1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel;
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
• 150 g of cabbage;
• 24 tortillas.

Preparation

Mix the spices and chopped garlic, sprinkle with this mixture of shrimp and mix well. Put shrimps on wooden sticks, previously soaked in water for 20 minutes. Lubricate the shrimps with butter and fry for 3 minutes on each side.

Mix sour cream, chopped parsley, zest, lemon juice and salt. Season a mixture of chopped cabbage with half sour cream sauce. For each tortilla put cabbage, a few shrimp and a little sauce.
