Delicious Beet and Meat cutlets

Ingredients

• ½ onion;
• a few tablespoons of olive oil;
• 1 beet;
• 500 g ground meat;
• 2 cloves of garlic;
• 2 sprigs of rosemary;
• salt - to taste;
• ground black pepper - to taste.
  
  

Cooking

Cut the onion into small cubes. Heat some of the oil in a frying pan, put onion and fry for 2-3 minutes. Grate the beets on a fine grater.

Add the minced onions and beets, chopped garlic and rosemary, salt and pepper. Knead the mince thoroughly with your hands. If it seems to you dryish, pour in some oil.

Form of mass patties. Fry them in hot oil for about 6 minutes on each side on medium heat.
