Piece Mutton Cutlets

Ingredients
two hundred fifty gram mutton kaama
one tsp spoon ginger paste
one tsp garlic paste
one (Grated) Green Chillies
half tsp turmeric
one tsp red chili powder
half tsp spoon cloves-cinnamon powder
two tablespoons (boiled and grated potato) potatoes
five to six pudding leaves, slice into pieces
one table spoon coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Blend well in a dish and combine well.
- Then put ginger paste, garlic paste, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cloves-cinnamon powder, grated potatoes, mint, coriander and salt together.
- Then make the small patties and cover the bread over it.
- Leave it in the fridge for half an hour and leave it.
- After this, put them in torn eggs and deep fry them. Put little lemon juice and serve it with sliced cumin and chutney.
