Here's how to make Paneer Ehari Vada -

To make curd vada


Paneer 200 gms

Boiled potatoes - 2

Arrowroot - 2 tablespoons

Oil - for frying

Green Chilli - 1 (Finely Chopped)

Ginger - 1/2 inch piece (grated)

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste


To serve


Curd - 3-4 cups

Green chutney - 1 cup

Sweet chutney - 1 cup

Red Chili Powder - 1-2 Tablespoons

Roasted cumin seeds - 2-3 tablespoons

Black salt - 2 tablespoons


Method -


Grate the cottage cheese in a bowl, and peel the potatoes and grate it, put the arrowroot and mix it, add salt, ginger and green chillies in the mixture and stir well. The mixture is ready to make vada.


Put oil in a pan and fry it for frying.

Sprinkle the mixture with a little mixture and flatten it with the palm, put the wad in the hot oil, make 3-4 woods and put them in the embroidery and fry the woods till it turns golden. Put fried vats on a plate napkin placed on a plate. Prepare it by making all the same big.


Make curd paste


Put 3-4 cottage cheese in a plate. Add curd over it, add black salt, roasted cumin seeds and red chilli powder over it. Now add some sweet sauce and green chutney over it. Now once again add curd and a little black salt, roasted cumin seeds and red chili powder.

Your cheese curd is prepared for the dough. Serve hot tasty curd and roasted flavored lentils.
