Cold cold Ice-cream
Ice cream, also made at home? It is a surprise! If you want, you can make delicious pest ice cream.
What is the need to make pest ice cream?
Materials:
Powder milk - 2 cups
Water - two and a half cups
Cornflower - 1 table spoon
Gelatin spoon - 1 table spoon
CMC powder spoon - 1 table spoon
Sugar - 1 cup
Cream - 1 tin
Liquid glucose - 1 teaspoon
Paste nut paste - 1 cup
Green food color - little
Merrang bits with 2 egg whites and 2 tablespoons of sugar
Method:
Blend milk powder, water, cornflower and sugar together in blender. Then dense it with a pan in the stove. Glucose mixed with the condition of being hot. If you are cold, then mix the gelatin and CMC with a paste of cream and pistachio nut paste. Now leave this mixture in refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Get out and bite again. Thus, it will take 3 to 4 times a bit. Finally, borate well with a bit of friction and keep frying. Serve with nuts well when cooled. Cool cold pest ice cream, even at home.
