Ingredients:

• 75 grams of butter
• 100 ml of strained lemon juice, without pulp or seeds
• The zest of the skin of a lemon
• 100 gr of sugar
• 2 eggs

Preparation:

In a microwave-safe bowl, place the butter and melt it in the microwave for 1 minute at medium power, remove from the microwave and add to the bowl, in this order, the lemon juice, the skin zest, the sugar and, for Finish the two eggs. We will mix well. We will cook at full power in the microwave for one minute mixing. We will remove from the microwave and stir again, now we will cook in cooking strokes of 20-30 seconds at maximum power stirring well between each cooking, we will know that we have the cream ready when it is thick and has a homogeneous consistency. In our case with our microwave it took a total of about 2 minutes 30 seconds. We only have to let it cool in the fridge so that it finishes taking shape. And once it's cold, it's ready to use!
